Terms of Service

Qivion — Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 69.175.919/0001-12 · Version of September 20, 2026

These terms govern the use of Qivion and Cortex — the web dashboard, the MCP server, the work application and the Telegram and WhatsApp assistants. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use Cortex through the company you work for, the commercial agreement is between Qivion and that company; these terms apply to your use.

1. What the service does

Cortex organizes a team's work: projects, demands, tasks, deadlines, documents and a record of what was done, with AI support and integration with development and messaging tools.

2. Account and access

3. Acceptable use

When using the service, you may not:

4. Your content

Content that goes into Cortex — projects, tasks, documents, notes — remains the property of whoever submitted it or of the hiring company. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it to train AI models.

5. Artificial intelligence features

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance, failure or factors beyond our control. Unless specifically agreed in writing, there is no formal availability guarantee. We may change, add or remove features; relevant changes are communicated to the hiring company.

7. Backups

The service backs up the database, with a configurable retention period. Backups exist to recover the system after a failure and do not replace the company's own export.

8. Termination

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss resulting from misuse or from content you deleted yourself, or for decisions made based on AI answers. Nothing here removes liabilities that the law does not allow to be removed, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where applicable.

10. Third-party software

The work application is built on third-party open source software, whose licenses are preserved and credited in the application's "About" screen.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the hiring company's domicile are elected for matters between companies, and the consumer's courts where the law so requires.

12. Changes to these terms

When something relevant changes, we update the date on this page and notify the hiring company. The version in force is always the one published here.
